Each member of the Calibre Constructions team is highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields with an impressive wealth of practical industry experience.
Their collective skills and expertise has been a key driver in the success Calibre has enjoyed since its inception in 1976.
Initially founded by Robert and Margaret Witney, the Calibre executive team now includes a second generation of family involvement, with daughter Pauline Monaghan in the role of Director.
Each member of the team shares the same commitment to quality customer service, personalised attention for each client and enthusiasm for innovative and functional design.
DIRECTORSHIP
Director, Robert Witney
As the Registered Builder and founder of Calibre Constructions - and its driving force for over 35 years - Robert is responsible for the successful growth of Calibre from a small owner-operated business to the well-established and respected construction company it is today. With a back ground in Structural Engineering, Drafting and Estimating, Robert consults directly with clients from design concept through to completion.
Managing Director, Margaret Witney
As Managing Director, Margaret’s portfolio includes Calibre and its Property Development Arm. Margaret’s long history with the Company has given her more than three decades of practical industry knowledge and experience, and ensures continuity of quality and service across all aspects of Calibre’s operation.
Director, Pauline Monaghan
As Director, Pauline plays an integral part in the advancement and expansion of Calibre Constructions overall operations. With a background in marketing and business management, Pauline brings a range of skills and experience to the role, and in consultation with Calibre’s senior management team, is responsible for the Company’s long-term strategic development.
CONSTRUCTION
Our comprehensive site team comprises fully qualified and experienced construction supervisors, full complement of trades and all necessary plant and equipment. North West Construction Manager, James Allen leads our Karratha based team.
The team specialises in concrete tilt construction, the quality of which is reflected by Calibre’s recent win for “Best Commercial Building” Kimberley Pilbara, awarded by the WA Master Builders Association.
ADMINISTRATION
Our dynamic administrative team offers efficient and friendly support to both our construction team and clients. Their combined skills and industry knowledge provides an impressive pool of resources which helps drive the Company’s ongoing success and development.
