Calibre was approached by prominent businessman peter Hinchliffe to design and construct new business premises for his client Protector Alsafe.

The site consisted of 612m2 on which Calibre designed a 357m2 warehouse and 116m2 showroom constructed from concrete tilt panels. 

A large undercover loading area to the rear roller door protects employees from the blistering heat while the building’s excellent finish makes it easily recognisable and has set a new standard for commercial buildings constructed in Karratha.
