This strata titled unit complex  consists of eight units approximately 300m2 to 550m2, one of which includes caretaker’s facility and office fit-out.

The site is situated at 2885 Coolawanyah Road in Karratha’s Light Industrial Area (LIA).

The individual units will be available for rent and each includes some glass frontage, electric cyclone roller shutters and a high truss design. Each unit is separately metered with three phase power and its own sub board.  High bay lights, a disabled toilet block and kitchen sink facilities are also provided. 

This design will be the first of its kind in Karratha and with construction underway should be complete by Christmas 2008.
