Located on the corner of Jackson and Duffy Streets Bassendean, the building stands out amongst its surroundings and sets a new design standard for the area. 

The building structure comprises a heavy duty steelwork portal frame and tilt panels to boundary with the remaining walls clad in colourbond sheeting.

Due to the number of cranes housed within the building, the factory has a height of 10.5m and is adjoined by a fully enclosed lean to and office with large curved roof.

The office is designed specifically to client needs. The entrance is via a set of double doors and the reception area is highlighted by a polished concrete tilt backdrop complete with customer signage.  Modern technology including integrated phone and data systems, and state-of-the-art security, including a 2.1m high gladiator fence to boundary with automatic gates, also feature as part of the design.
