This project was built on a site of over 43,000m2 and consists of 680m2 of office space and amenities, 10144m2 of warehouse capacity and a 1290m2 loading bay. The large warehouse and loading bay has an increased workable area through addition of a 7m wide awning that surrounds the building and provides shelter to the seven large electric roller shutter openings.

The building was designed to contain heavy lifting equipment – overhead and gantry cranes. The 4000m3 of floor slab was also designed to take extremely heavy loads. The 680m2 of office/amenities comprises a boardroom, marketing room and open plan offices. Both managers’ offices have ensuites and hidden fridge recesses. Calibre engaged an interior design consultant to ensure the colours and materials used complemented the excellent finish.

The Building includes a fully integrated access control system comprising CCTV, security alarms and monitoring systems along with a gladiator style fence including remote gates at the front boundary.
