This development is set on a large 11,000m2 block in a new sector of Wangara known as Enterprise Park and involved a double storey office with warehouse.

The 560 m2 office and 2,300m2 warehouse have been designed and constructed to suit client need with the warehouse incorporating 11 meter high walls to house a 12-ton overhead crane and wash down bay.

The multiple office area features an impressive façade consisting of large glassed areas and alpholic paneling along with a curved bulkhead which affords views from the second level into the foyer.
