A former client commissioned another Calibre construction after his company outgrew their current premises.  The new building will be situated in Prestige parade, Enterprise Park Wangara and designed in-house by Calibre.

Comprising offices and warehouse facilities, the project will include multiple roller doors to allow individual bays to suit the client’s business. A full-length canterlevered awning will provide shade and protection from the elements along the driveway while the front office façade will feature concrete  panel / truss walls and partly compressed sheeting.  Our professional colour consultant will advise an appropriate scheme which will ensure another stunning building and high quality finish.
