This development comprises 15 well-appointed showroom warehouses, positioned on a high profile corner block in Wangara.

The design brief was based on maximising exposure of corner positioning in response to which Calibre constructed large columns and overhead trusses clad with compressed sheeting to highlight the corner aspect and entries to the development.

Drive through access ensures maximum exposure of rear units to passing traffic. 

The design incorporates large glass showroom doors and large individual signage panels that protrude from the building to give it depth. 

Extensive landscaping, brick paving and lawns ensure this project is finished to the highest possible standard.
